Cold pier process is applicable to cold pier and cold extrusion (forward extrusion, reverse extrusion and composite extrusion) of iron, copper, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy, aluminum and other materials. It can manufacture internal and external hexagonal screws, flange screws, hollow and solid special-shaped parts with different sizes. It is an efficient automatic production method with wide performance and diverse processes

Main advantages:

1. Cold pier is formed under normal temperature, with good working surface finish, high precision and excellent strength performance.

2. Cold pier belongs to less cutting process, which saves raw materials, reduces labor costs and avoids repeated investment in other machine tools.

3. The cold pier process is to use the mold to directly use the wire rod for one-time forming, which is operated by the manipulator, greatly improving the production efficiency, and is safe and reliable.

4. Cold pier forming process can process complex parts that cannot be processed by other machine tools.

5. Cold pier forming process can replace warm upsetting process. Take the current cold pier machine in China as an example. The outer hexagon can be produced to M30 * 370M/M. The hexagonal socket can be produced to M36 * 350M/M. Save labor costs and energy consumption, and greatly improve production efficiency.
