The diameter of the cold heading machine workpiece is 48 mm. The bar is automatically fed by the feeding mechanism, cut into blanks by the cutting mechanism, and then sent to the overstock forming and punching stations successively by the cold forging fixture transfer mechanism.

Bearing type multi station cold heading machine introduction: The box of the machine is made of high alloy steel, with excellent tensile strength and wear resistance. The cutting method adopts single-sided S-shaped guide plate, so that the center of the cutting guide plate is aligned with the center of the cutter barrel. The cutting force is transmitted linearly, and the maximum cutting force and the most stable cutting effect can be obtained. The main sliding table adopts V-shaped design, and the two side plates are made of high wear-resistant steel, which has good heat treatment effect. Therefore, the main sliding table has high accuracy and stability under long-term high-speed movement. The machine is equipped with pneumatic brake, flexible inching and check devices, easy to debug, thus improving the feeding accuracy.
