Introduction to Adjustment Steps of Cold Heading Machine

Cold upsetting machine adopts cold dial element or rod material, which becomes light hexagonal nut after tapping. The cold heading machine is horizontal, and the stations are arranged horizontally. The whole process of feeding, cutting, clamping and cold heading is automatic.

Introduction to adjustment steps of cold heading machine:

1. Adjustment steps of hardware field connection. Install the proximity switch on the equipment and connect all components according to the electrical schematic diagram.

2. Reset the device. Press the two reset switches on the counter operation panel to reset the preset number and the machining number.

3. One button protection. After turning the key switch (SA1), the key operation on the counter operation panel is invalid.

4. Parameter setting. By setting the acceleration and deceleration time parameters (2202) according to the requirements of the user unit, the starting frequency of the frequency converter is increased from 1Hz to 50Hz (that is, the motor speed is increased from 0r/min to 1500r/min) and set to 3s.

5. Processing test. First start the machine in manual mode to process the parts. The device will operate normally and will switch to automatic mode. Set the total number of processed parts on the counter to 30 and start the device. When the number of parts processed reaches 30, the equipment will stop running. In manual and automatic modes, turning the potentiometer on the governor will change the processing speed of parts, and the speed of each cycle will be displayed on the digital display.

V. Please stop urgently. Press the emergency stop button on the operation panel of the control panel to stop the equipment. When the total power is removed, the counter data remains unchanged. Then, when the power is turned on again, the part will be processed and stopped until the preset quantity is reached.
